FIRST STATEWIDE FARMERS MARKET FAIR IN MINOT
On Saturday, August 21, Minot is hosting North Prairie Farmers Market Fair in the north parking lot of the Civic Auditorium from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All farmer’s market vendors from across the state are invited to participate. The fee is $20 for the day.
Christy Rost, PBS host, chef and author will be preparing meals to sample using vendors' local food products. She'll be using items from Catherine’s for Lamb and certified organic garlic from North Star Farms to name a few.
Other food preserving, canning, etc. demonstrations will be given. There will be inflatable games for the kids along with a Kids’ Tent promoting healthy food with fun to make vegetable and fruit snacks.

North Prairie Farmers Market – Minot regular location and hours are: Trinity Parking Lot at corner of 3rd Ave SW and Broadway on Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. They will be there for the Farmers Market Season except August 21st when they move to the Civic Auditorium.
