Ordering Information
You may select NDFMGA products online to order. Select the product and quantity and fill out the forms as directed. An e-mail notifying us of your order will be sent to us. A staff member will likely then follow up with a telephone call or e-mail message to confirm your order.
The NDFMGA does not accept electronic payment or credit cards at this time. You must send us a check or pay in cash. Payment should be sent to:
